Farm Camp, July 9-13, 9:30-12:30 (meet at Second Wind Farm)
Have you been curious about what happens at a farm? Enjoy learning with Chuck Varney who owns our island farm Second Wind Farm. You will learn the art of planting vegetables, making crafts out of wood and found objects, walk in the woods, harvest and learn about the history of farming!

Bring a lunch and come have some fun and take advantage of your beautiful island suing your imagination. A different adventure each day including trail hiking, biking, beach activities, seeing an oyster farm and more! Bicycle and helmets required daily.

UK International Soccer Camp, July 16-20 (meet at soccer field)
Half Day: Ages 7-16 9:00am-12:00pm This is a specialized soccer camp working on skills and the emphasis is on core techniques through individual and small groups.
Mini Soccer: Ages 4-6 4:30-6:00pm. This camp is about fun games, competitions and skill building. A wonderful way for young ones to develop a love for soccer.

Tennis Camp, July 16-20 (at CRC)
This camp is learning basic skills of tennis, volleying, and match play. A wonderful way to get outside with Dave Hoidal and learn a lifelong game.

Dancing and Tumbling, July 23-27
Enjoy moving and learning different gymnastics move to fun music with teacher Tammy Hoidal. Children will enjoy learning rolls, backbends cartwheels, flips and more. At the end children will enjoy putting together a routine on the last day.

Art Camp
Session I: July 16-20 (ages 6-10)

Projects will include bird houses, plaster sculptures, charcoal drawings, painting, canvas frame making, sewing, wire structures, clay molds and much more!

Junior Golf Camp, July 30—August 3
The Great Chebeague Golf Club and the Chebeague Recreation Center are co-sponsoring this first-ever week-long golf camp. Brian Bickford, PGA Professional and Greely High School Golf Coach, will lead the camp. He will be aided by assistant PGA professionals and college golfers. Campers will be divided into groups depending on their ability and knowledge of the game. The mornings will consist of 1 ½ hours of hands-on instruction and 1 ½ hours of golf on the course, including on-course instruction. Space will be held for island campers until June 30, at which time registration will open for mainland juniors. Registration, which will be handled by Rec Center staff, will begin in mid-April.
