Yoga with Celia
Celia has been practicing yoga since 2007. She finds that strength and flexibility are happy by-products of a practice to build calm mindfulness and self-awareness. In 2015 she studied to be a teacher under Raj Patra, a direct receiver of the Kriya Yoga lineage. Celia hopes to bring a depth to your physical practice that resonates beneficially beyond the mat. She is on a learning path, and looks forward to shaping her classes to best support her Chebeague students.
